Buy small in 6 months vs. wait for 2 years to buy a big one. I think former is better, if the business is well capitalized for growth investment.
You get better returns on the exit side of things.

Sales are word of mouth and there is no online presence. To me this is a redflag as that means there is a weakness in the business model and is likely reliant on relationship building and potentially tied to networks of the seller
