What's the best state to set-up an LLC in?

I'm in the early stages of setting up a partnered, self-funded search and we're discussing the best state to set up our LLC. Delaware, Nevada, and Wyoming consistently come up and I'm looking for and any factors to keep in mind at this early stage - thanks!
