If you would be specific on what part of business you would be interested in knowing to automate, I can share some tools for doing that.


In general,

People use various CRMs as per their need to keep a track of the deals and the activities need to perform on that and when. Example - Pipedrive.

There are several tools that are used for email hunting. Example - Zoominfo, Apollo.

For sending out emails, Mailchimp is there, and often people use Mail Merge as well based on what they need.

Lastly, there are people who don't find the exact solution for their need, which are mostly customized and needs human intervention, they hire my agency to do the heavy work for them, saving them ton of time.
