Where are the best places to find companies for sale with Ebitda of $9M +

My experience is in franchising, PE portco leadership, healthcare, wellness, and service businesses whether b2b or b2c.

Would love to find a few good companies to evaluate for acquisition that are in the broad range of $7;5 - $25M Ebitda in any of these categories I mentioned above. Personal care, fitness, restaurants/Fast Casual/QSRs, Medspa or similar merger of healthcare and wellness.

I think you're at the sweet spot where most LMM bankers won't have proper deal flow for you and not as large as your typical MM PE shop.

Your best bet would be to make proper connections with accounting firms, brokers, lawyers, and bankers (both on the LMM and MM side). Build a connection with them and have you stay on a short list for teaser send outs.

There are other websites such as Axial, etc. who provide you with deal flow but I'd not recommend given everyone and their grandmothers are on it.

Look to build some proprietary deal flow through cold calls and email campaigns. This takes some time but will be your best bet in the LT. Good luck!

Call me old-fashioned - personal outreach, referrals, and existing relationships. Deals with meaningful EBITDA are in demand. If the seller wants top dollar, they will go through a broker.
