Although I am an active self funded searcher I am also the designated broker for my wife’s business now ;)

Where would you recommend listing a business., which marketplaces? I’ll put it on BizBuySell only as last effort as I think this business is very unique and we’ll get a fair amount of interest. It’s a market that can experience a roll-up possibly or at a minimum, some aggregation and economies of scale Here is a snapshot of it for scope:

- Senior Move Management
- 30+ Employees (Full and Part time)
- $2M Revenue
- $500K SDE
- Based in NC
- SBA Pre Approved pending

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Glenn

Contact Jeff Snell at Enlign in Raleigh. You’ll get a higher price on better terms and not waste your time. Being designated a ‘broker’ is like being designated a ‘doctor’ with no formal training or years of experience.

Hey Glenn, you could start with your network. Is there a vendor that would want to acquire for more vertical integration? Could you approach a local competitor in the same industry to discuss a potential sale? Other options: social media (e.g. LinkedIn or right here!)
