It seems that other than asset-based lending collateralized with fixed assets and receivables, there are few "small deal" cash-flow lenders. As a result, most small deals seem to be financed with SBA debt, which can have its limitations in terms of structuring flexibility, bureaucracy and so forth. It would be helpful to know if there senior lenders (not referring to subordinated debt funds or mezzanine lenders) providing cash-flow loans.

There are banks that can finance business acquisitions via conventional debt. The terms are not as lucrative as SBA lending. No 10% down. If you want to discuss you can reach me here or at redacted

We (not a bank) provide cash flow loans for deals of this size in specific geographies. Check sizes $1M-$10M. Feel free to reach out here or redacted
