We use Nutshell. Does everything we need for cheap and with little set-up investment. I've used Dynamo and Dealcloud extensively at other firms and this gets us 90% of what we need at a fraction of the price.

We are using Pipedrive and recommend it, I also recommend Klenty as an email service that integrates with Pipedrive. It does a good job with partial personalized mass email and follow ups
