hey everyone,

Who are the investors that invest in <500K. and <500k-1.5M deals?

Are they normal search investors? Can someone provide any direction, thanks

Some other searchers have done rollups by combining multiple companies of this size. I recently passed on a ~$1M deal because I couldn't find other good targets to merge with that company.

I fully agree to that. We see MBIs and single entrepreneurs as well as strategic investors or PE-companies following a buy and built strategy in these small deal environment.
