Who has a really good banker?

I'm looking for a banker who can help accomplish all of the following: 1) Refi an SBA loan in to a RE loan with better terms. The RE more than covers the SBA loan. --) This allows my business to operate debt free. 2) Leverage the business back up during additional acquisitions this year. I'm trying to buy at least one, hopefully two or three more transportation companies this year.
