I am looking for a reliable buyer to whom I can refer these "tired" founders. If that is you, reach out. I consult for manufacturers to make their processes efficient and productive. I just spoke with a perfect candidate (sub-$50M revenue) who is fed up with operations and has no interest in scaling further. They may be ready for a hand-off.

I'm specifically looking for businesses to buy within driving distance of LA that dominate a niche. By way of background, just started a SMB PE platform, acquired a 2M EBITDA pet specialty logistics provider near LAX. Have $15M of dry power in investor commitments + $35M of co-invest - we will be repeat buyers.
