Franchisee looking to sell his 9Round fitness studio, I'm debating whether or not I can help, or if it's even a saleable business. Owner-operator with a trainer on staff, prime location, 3 years left on franchise agreement and 3 on lease. Revenues have been declining YoY, ~150k CY24. Anyone who knows this world or knows someone in the space, please share your contact info. Thank you!

Thanks for the shoutout, ^redacted‌. To "anonymous" - all businesses can be saleable, it's just a matter of setting expectations based on what the owner has to offer and if there is market demand. Fitness industry is highly competitive, and the declining revenue YoY isn't encouraging, nonetheless, there are buyers looking at this industry. Feel free to ping me at redacted if you'd like to discuss further.

I have a lot of experience with it through another franchise brand. "Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want". Great quote I learned the hard way! Happy to connect. redacted
