The journey to buy a business is a scary, dark, unknown path. The courses can be a great map but a map doesn't necessarily illuminate the path, its still scary, dark and unknown. The map is great but having mentors and others that can help illuminate the path makes all the difference. The 3% are just crazy enough to run into the dark....
