It's a shame that I joined this platform too late to participate in the event. Thank you so much for triggering this important conversation and for uploading the video. Congrats to all of you who are spearheading change (both men and women) and role modeling!

I have been a passionate advocate for DEI at our strategy consulting firm and I have led multiple female initiatives. I have seen amazing things happen once women get together to stand up for each other, seek sponsorship and trigger systemic change. We have increased the share of women in manager+ positions from 15% to 33% in five years and went from none to 8 women with kids in the team. I am sure the change will come also in the search fund arena.

I am currently at the start of my fundraising journey together with my business partner. Bringing my DEI mission to the search fund space is a must-have for me. I would love to connect with those of you who are equally passionate about the topic!
