Will Geopolitical Factors in Ukraine Impact Multiples?

Does anyone believe that increased activity surrounding Ukraine will impact their multiples and deal flow?

Not necessarily looking for opinions surrounding the policies are actions, just their impact/fallout.

Assuming the question is about M&A trends in the western world, I doubt it as this is not the first time that the Black Sea/ Ukraine region has faced this kind of a crisis. This time could be different but it rarely is. Crimea crisis of 2014 was a bigger flashpoint (IMO) and it was contained quickly. Global trade relationships make a large scale flare-up highly unlikely.

depends on the business obviously. Public market, probably. your local cleaning or landscaping business, probably not
