We recently completed a buy-side QofE for a commercial drywall company. It was approx. $22M rev and $7M EBITDA, and the multiple was 1.8x EBITDA. For smaller companies in this industry, we typically see between 2.5x and 4.25x earnings. I'll send you a DM with my calendar link in the event you'd like to chat more.
