Winery/Vineyard experience

Hi, I have recently been looking at the winery and/or vineyard space. 
Has anyone done DD in the space before? 
I don't have a ton of wine experience, but I do know real estate. I have been studying the models of intermingled regional wineries and vineyards and find it intriguing, but I would love to chat with anyone who has first hand knowledge/experience.
