TEO Capital Partners is a traditional search fund focused on acquiring a mission-critical, compliance-driven B2B services company in the lower middle market. We look for industries with recurring revenue, strong customer retention, and long-term durability.
We’re looking for Undergraduate Interns to help with deal sourcing, research, and market mapping. This role is ideal for students interested in entrepreneurship, private equity, and learning how real acquisitions are sourced and evaluated.
Responsibilities
-Research and identify target companies within defined sectors
-Maintain CRM data and track outreach activities
-Build lists of brokers, conferences, and industry operators
-Prepare summaries, outreach drafts, and company profiles
-Support market research and light diligence

Format: Remote
Time Commitment: 10–20 hours per week for ~10 weeks
Compensation: Unpaid (academic credit possible)
