Hi Ben, I completely agree with Bradley here. I’ve spent significant time analyzing the sub-$1M EBITDA RCM space, including submitting one offer and performing deep due diligence on another. While I still really like the sector, I’ve found it difficult to find the right "buy box" for a few reasons: Valuation Gap: Most quality targets are holding firm at multiples above 5x. The "Race to the Bottom": There is significant fee pressure in the commoditized segment of the market. It’s a struggle to find a deal with a genuine moat, like specialized advisory services, where you aren't constantly forced to compete against firms that heavily outsource their back-end offshore to cut costs. I've moved on to a different focus.
