**TL;DR: I have the experience, industry relationships, manufacturing access, and execution plan to roll out an integrated solar, battery, heating, and air conditioning business across America. What I need is a family office willing to fund it.**
**What I bring to the table:**
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese- 25 years living and working in China- Direct access to Chinese manufacturers and equipment sourcing- 18 years managing Chinese factories- Fluent Spanish- California contracting experience- Former licensed contractor- Built and operated successful companies- Roofing, HVAC, and geothermal contractor- Established relationships with HVAC equipment vendors- Personal relationship with one of New Hampshire's top solar contractors- Knowledge and experience to build and operate a remote Network Operations Center (NOC) for monitoring, diagnostics, and management- Decades of experience in business development, product development, manufacturing, and scaling operations
**The concept is simple.**
An air-source heat pump installation in a home with existing insulated ductwork can have a COGS of approximately $10,000. For new construction, let's assume $18,000.
Add solar panels and battery storage. Finance the complete package through a long-term lease.
The homeowner gets heating, air conditioning, and solar power without a major upfront investment. Operating costs can be dramatically lower than oil or propane.
**The business generates multiple potential revenue streams:** recurring equipment lease payments, ongoing service and maintenance, and monetization of excess solar generation or credits where utility and state regulations permit.
**We start with air-source heat pumps to minimize initial capital requirements and accelerate deployment. The moment cash flow supports it, we expand into geothermal systems, leveraging my existing geothermal experience, vendor relationships, and installation expertise.** Geothermal becomes the next phase of the business, offering greater efficiency in suitable applications, long equipment life, and additional opportunities for recurring revenue.
The technology exists. The equipment exists. The manufacturers exist. The customers exist.
**I know how to source it, install it, warranty it, remotely monitor it through a Network Operations Center, manage it, and scale it.**
I've worked with companies including Intel, eBay, Coradian, and Interwoven, spent years in Silicon Valley, managed manufacturing in Asia, and built businesses in the construction and HVAC industries.
I'm not looking for someone to teach me how to build this business.
**I'm looking for a family office that understands infrastructure, energy, and recurring revenue, and wants to put capital behind someone who knows how to execute.**
Your capital. My experience, relationships, sourcing, and execution.
