I have launched a YouTube channel for small business owners. The key driving force behind the decision was the number of owners I was encountering whose businesses were listed on a listing site, but where the valuation was unrealistic. The purpose of my channel is to help small businesses build their value, grow and prepare for exit.
It's early days (I'm only a few weeks in) and I'll be doing loads of content on growth strategies.
